What We're Looking For

1. Strong communicator with creative problem-solving skills
2. Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with sales experience
3. Genuine focus on customer satisfaction (both guests and teammates)
4. Interest in skincare, body care, or fragrance is a plus
5. Flexible and adaptable approach to work
6. Comfortable with basic technology/systems
