About the Role

Culinaire, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Part-Time Dishwasher. In this role, you'll keep dishes, pots, pans, kitchen tools, and work areas clean, sanitary, and running smoothly.

Schedule: Part-time, days may vary, typically 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM (more details shared at interview)

What You'll Do

1. Scrape and rinse dishes, then wash by hand or load them into dishwashing racks/conveyors as assigned, keeping everything fully sanitized
2. Clean pots, pans, and trays following set procedures, ensuring full sanitation
3. Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths as needed
4. Follow all outlined safety procedures
5. Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels per given standards
6. Keep the dish area organized and up to safety code
7. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation requirements
8. Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other prep surfaces
9. Dispose of trash properly and clean garbage bins as needed
10. Move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
11. Assist with loading/unloading supplies and products
12. Take on other duties as assigned
