What You'll Do

1. Open and close the store following company procedures
2. Take on a leadership role as part of the store's management team
3. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise
4. Handle sales transactions accurately
5. Support inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
6. Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
7. Help with loss prevention and flag any unusual activity
8. Interact professionally and respectfully with team members and customers
9. Train and mentor new team members
10. Collaborate well with others to hit shared goals
11. Bring a professional, motivating presence to the team
12. Treat customers, managers, and coworkers with respect at all times

Skills & Experience

1. Retail experience, ideally in fast fashion
2. Strong collaborative skills with a track record of driving team results
3. Understanding of core retail concepts — sales, stock management, and service
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
5. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
6. Must be 18 or older to apply

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. At least 1 year of retail sales experience
3. At least 1 year of retail leadership or management experience, including leading parts of the business and developing team members

Physical Requirements

1. Able to move around the store throughout your shift
2. Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly (boxes, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders)
3. Able to squat or kneel regularly (for under-storage bins, visual resets, etc.)
4. Able to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform as needed
