About the Role
Little Dot Studios — a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network — is looking for a part-time Platform Manager to join the Social Video Services team. This role means running a project day-to-day, guiding a Coordinator through key tasks, and acting as the main client-facing point of contact.
Availability required:
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Additional shifts may be available
This role calls for strong project management, organization, and time management skills, along with a solid grasp of platform strategy and channel growth.
What You'll Do
- Build channel reports and analysis with support from the SPS team
- Lead client meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Review and refine copy for YouTube titles and descriptions
- Contribute to deck creation and copywriting
- Oversee day-to-day team operations
- Manage the content calendar and coordinate video edits
- Work with editors to quality-check content before it goes live
- Communicate across cross-functional teams
- Offer strategic recommendations on overall channel direction
- Manage and delegate tasks to a Coordinator
What You'll Need
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of YouTube experience
- Experience managing direct reports and reporting to managers
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
Technical Skills
- Comfortable with Google, Microsoft, and Apple productivity tools (Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Design and digital video experience (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or AirTable
- Comfortable with digital communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Strong interest and hands-on experience with YouTube and other social platforms
- Quick learner who can pick up new tools/processes and teach others
- Bonus: proficiency in additional languages
