Part-Time Retail Store Associate, Los Angeles, CA

About the Role

Fabletics is looking for a Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join the team at our Westfield Century City location. As a Store Associate, you'll help deliver a top-tier retail experience, connecting customers' online and in-store shopping journeys through innovative tech. You'll work alongside an energetic Store Manager and a supportive team, all focused on helping customers live their passion. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

What You'll Do

1. Reflect the brand's culture and values, helping customers discover how to live their passion
2. Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge on fabric, fit, features, and function
3. Drive customer engagement both in-store and beyond — through events, promotions, and community initiatives
4. Flag inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience
5. Keep the store merchandised to guidelines, making it easy to shop and enhancing the customer journey
6. Share feedback with the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business
7. Meet and exceed store goals around performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality
8. Hit personal sales targets and contribute to overall store goals
9. Uphold safety and security standards, flagging potential issues as needed
10. Help unpack inventory boxes (weighing roughly 10–30 lbs) as needed

What You Bring

1. At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
2. Familiarity with active lifestyle activities like yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition
3. Comfortable with retail inventory systems and POS tools
4. Strong interpersonal skills with customers, coworkers, and business partners, both in and outside the store
5. Comfortable working within larger teams
6. Positive, self-motivated, and a strong communicator
7. Thrives in a fast-paced environment
8. Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and staying calm under pressure
9. Must be 18 or older
10. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
11. Role involves regular movement, talking, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder use
