Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our customer experience — someone who genuinely enjoys helping shoppers find exactly what they need. From the moment a customer walks in, you'll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, understand what they're looking for, and offer thoughtful suggestions that make their visit worthwhile. You'll also play an active role in growing our membership base and contributing to overall store performance. Success in this role means building real connections with customers, keeping the store environment inviting, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers warmly as soon as they arrive, and comfortably handle assisting several shoppers at the same time
2. Read customer needs quickly — ask the right questions, share helpful product information, and point them toward items that fit what they're looking for
3. Recommend add-on or complementary products naturally, while staying up to date on what's currently in stock
4. Keep displays neat, well-organized, and visually appealing in line with store standards
5. Handle checkout and payment processing accurately using our POS system
6. Support day-to-day inventory work, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
7. Stay knowledgeable about our product range so you can confidently guide purchase decisions
8. Help maintain a tidy, professional store space at all times
9. Get involved in in-store promotions and sales events as needed
10. Safely retrieve and organize stock from elevated storage areas, following proper safety guidelines
11. Be open to a flexible schedule — this may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, occasional overnight shifts, and travel when required

Education & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Prior retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory
